No referrals are required to book an appointment with Lifeline Physiotherapy. We are registered ACC providers and can create ACC claims on-site.

Our team is very busy, but we usually can book an appointment within 24 – 48 hours. To the best of our ability, we aim to accommodate walk-ins, but this is not always possible. It is recommended to call us or send us an online inquiry to arrange a suitable time.

Each site has convenient parking around the clinic. If you are unsure about where to park, feel free to call us to discuss further.

Ideally, wearing loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. Your physiotherapist will require access to the body site in question so be sure to prepare for this. For lower body injuries, wearing shorts or loose track pants is recommended. For neck and shoulder injuries, wearing a singlet to expose the area is helpful.
